Regular water-based exercise significantly contributes to improved blood circulation, strengthening of joints and muscles, and the reduction of pain caused by conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis. The natural buoyancy of water reduces joint stress, allowing our residents to move more freely and with less pain.<\/p>

Pool sessions are conducted under the supervision of specialized physiotherapists and nurses, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of every activity. We also offer specialized hydrotherapy programs, individual rehabilitation, and free swimming sessions for relaxation.<\/p>
