progress, quality, and knowledge. For this reason, we regularly organize training seminars for
our elderly care staff. These seminars are attended by either TE-level nurses
or DE-level and experienced caregivers, aiming to work both in our unit and in residential care at
Enilion.
Why We Invest in Education
Providing healthcare to the elderly requires specialized knowledge, sensitivity, and ongoing training. The needs of nursing home residents—both physical and psychosocial—differ significantly from those of the general population. Nurses are expected to handle a wide range of daily situations, from managing chronic illnesses and administering medication to offering psychological support and effective communication with families.
The specialized seminars at Enilion aim to ensure that every member of our staff is equipped with the skills necessary to deliver quality, compassionate, and scientifically grounded care.

Training at ENILION is not limited to theory. Participants have the opportunity to observe, participate, and engage in practical training within the Unit, under the supervision of experienced nurses. This allows them to immediately apply what they learn and integrate more quickly into the daily care routine.
